My wife, Christine, recently took on three new coaching clients, which has inspired us to update our “Get to Know You Form,” which mentors and coaches can send clients to fill out and return before their first session together. Such a tool helps build rapport so that the mentor/coach doesn’t have to start her relationship off with the client blindly. It also helps her start to get a feel for what strengths, passions, or fears the client may have.
